Refund Eligibility

Refund Process

2. Once approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.
3. Refund processing may take 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

• Used or opened products.
• Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. However, you may return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
